Ryan & Jacqueline Whitlow
Lead Pastor & Family Ministries Coordinator
Ryan and Jacqueline came to Victory in October 2018 having previously served as pastor of a church in South Carolina.  They have been married for thirteen years now and they have three beautiful children; Johannah (11), Abigail (9), and Micah (7).  Pastor Ryan graduated from Lee University with a  degree in Pastoral Ministry. 

Jacqueline was recently hired to serve as our Family Ministries Coordinator. She is involved weekly in our children's ministry and provides oversite to our student ministry.  

Fun Facts: Pastor Ryan enjoys history (esp. American Revolutionary time period) He is a Virginia Tech & Washington Commanders football fan. His favorite springtime activity is coaching teeball for the Lewis Baseball/Softball Association.
Chris & Emily Lacaria
Worship Leaders
The Lacarias joined our ministry staff in October 2020. Emily & Chris have served in various worship ministries across central WV.  Both are skilled musicians and have a passion for leading people closer to Christ through worship.  

One area of worship in which the Lacarias specifically flourish is during times of prayerful, spontaneous worship. Their heart is to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit while infusing worship with the words of Scripture.

They are parents to four wonderful children: Zander, Annabeth, Bella & Aiden.
